Very good film about adolescence and mother-daughter relationship. We totally can relate. Sweet and simple.

Not bad, but dont get the hype. A good movie on adolescense with good performances by Saoirse Ronan and Laurie Metcalf. If you like ghe genre, watch ‘The perks of being an wildflower’ that is much better.

A pleasant coming-of-age film with some good acting — and a quirky trubute to Sacramento. Coming from Greta Gerwig with all the nomination, I had much higher expectations. Oh well.

I had great expectations about this 'Lady Bird'  and those expectations were renewed after it won the Golden Globe for best Comedy... I wouldn't call this movie a comedy but more of a light drama where our 'Lady Bird' tries to find her place in the world struggling with her college, her city,  her friends and her family... A pleasant movie with some great moments but that, in my opinion, felt a little short. Maybe because it's actually quite a short movie I felt the characters were a bit underdeveloped to deserve a higher rating.
Fantastic directorial debut by Greta Gerwig. Just an amazing script about a girl attending a Catholic school coming of age in Sacramento California. Killer acting chops by Saoirse Ronan and Laurie Metcalf. Probably the best film I’ve ever seen about a mother and daughter relationship. I hear Oscars and they come galloping.
